Family Plan: No charge for child under 12 years old occupying the same room with parent without any extra bed on room only basis.
Check in: 2:00 pm.
Checkout: 12:00 noon.
Room used from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of room rate.
Room used after 6:00 pm will be charged at the full room rate.
Cancellation and No show Policy :
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 60 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. Any cancellation is made within 25 days prior to arrival date, total payment is charged i.e. no-refund.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment :
All bookings requires one-night room rate as non-refund deposit upon the booking date. Full prepayment will be settled within 60 days prior to arrival date for peak season and 30 days for other seasons.
Visa/master Card is accepted and 4 service charge.
